A couple of weeks ago myself and Stu spent a day on a Dales river with Steve Rhodes, long established guide with Go Fly Fishing UK. I’ll keep this short and sweet because I did a much longer ‘guest post’ on his website about our day out. We had a cracking day! I caught my biggest ever river brownie and came away with a completely different outlook on river fishing and a new found confidence. Go on, have a look, it took me chuffing ages to write.

Being in the UK, maybe just me but most people tend to do course fishing but have always considered taking fly fishing and river fishing. That’s a very nice fish, beautiful red markings. Nice catch. It’s amazing all the different type of fish, really are amazing creatures. Thanks for sharing
